Whatever we asked he knew the answer and also advised what was best. In fact some of my relatives were in awe how he fitted the kitchen especially the worktop. We were recommended to this shop in Radcliffe via their Oldham branch. We ordered a lot and never during the many phone calls made before delivery did they state a 25% restocking charge if anything was to be returned within 72 hours. It doesn’t even state this on the invoice! Measurements of the bathroom space were provided to the shop when we chose the bathroom furniture & unfortunately it turns out a tall boy would not fit in the space on arrival. This is when Zed tried to say there’s a 25% restock charge. Zed told my husband over the phone that “well you were there at the time of the tall boy order”! My husband then explained that Zed is meant to be the specialist and the fact we gave the measurements to Zed, he should’ve been aware when walls are being built out that the tall boy cupboard may not fit. We trusted in his judgement. The Oldham branch at first tried to intervene but then washed their hands of it so we ended up eventually getting this refund via the Radcliffe shop after disgusting customer service over the phone by both shops. On delivery, the mirror cabinet was missing even though he claimed everything had arrived! Our tradesmen were really good so they went to the Radcliffe shop to return the tall boy and collect the mirror cabinet, which really wasn’t their job! Still no apology from Zed at this point as his explanation was “this sort of thing happens and it’s just been missed off the delivery “! 11 weeks later and we still don’t have the toilet roll holder we have paid for, and they keep claiming there is a delay with the supplier. Our bathroom is completely finished now! I’m ringing every other day with promises of a call back with an update for this toilet roll holder but no one rings you back. Zed’s explanation about this delay is apparently the supplier doesn’t deliver to the UK! My husband pointed out that surely he should have known this & shouldn’t be selling items without checking if the supplier will deliver to them!! We were advised everything would be here within 8 weeks (before our work commenced). Absolutely appalling customer service. They are quick to take your money though! We would not recommend them after the experience we have just had, and avoid dealing with Zed as he’s very reluctant to acknowledge any wrongdoing and offered poor customer service.
